What we store

BotForge stores the minimum data needed to provide its features: server ids and per-server settings, Discord user ids together with feature data (e.g. XP, balances, warnings, birthdays, ticket records), and aggregated activity counters (message counts per day), plus ticket transcripts you generate when closing a ticket. Everything is deleted after the retention window configured for that server.

Dashboard login

Logging in uses Discord OAuth2 (scopes: identify, guilds). We store your Discord id, username, avatar and the list of servers you manage in a session that expires after 7 days. We never see your Discord password.

What we don't do

We do not sell data, run ads, profile users, or share data with third parties beyond the hosting infrastructure (Hetzner, Vercel).

Data removal

Removing the bot from a server stops all collection for that server. For deletion of stored data, contact support@09clicks.de with your server or user id.
